Q. Can I pay for my server using a Paypal account?
A. Yes, you will have an option to select paypal as the payment method during the ordering process.
Q. When will my server be ready?
A. Our general turn around time is 24 hours or less after your order has been placed and verified.
Q. When will I be billed for my server?
A. Billing is on the 1st of each month.
Q. If I cancel my server do I get a refund?
A. Yes, there is a 3 day money back guarantee if there is a hardware or service related problem. (Please note there is only one refund per customer).
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Cancellations can be made at anytime however you must give us cancellation notice 2 weeks prior to billing duedate.
Q. What is the charge for going over the allotted bandwidth?
A. Most of our servers come with 1000GB of bandwidth which is roughly 3Mbps (24/7) on average. We allow our customers to purchase an additional 1000GB of bandwidth for $70/month.
Q. Do you have a reseller program?
A. At this time we do not offer a reseller program.
Hardware & Software
Q. What comes installed on my server?
A. We do a standard installation of the Operating System only. If you want additional software packages you will be responsible for installing this yourself.
Q. Can I send you hardware to add to my server?
A. No, we do not allow customers to add their own hardware to the dedicated servers.

Q. Do you offer 24/7 support?
A. Yes, our regular support hours are Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm. After hours we have a technician on call for emergency support incidents

Q. Will I be charged for after hours support?
A. If the problem is due to our network or service then there will be no charge. If the problem is unrelated to our network or service there will be a $100 charge for after hours support.
Q. Do you manage my server?
A. No, these servers are completely unmanaged. We are responsible for the network and hardware only. We do not offer support for software or operating system issues. If you have an issue you cannot resolve we can reformat your drive upon request.
Q. Can I reset my server remotely?
A. Yes, if you ordered the remote reset feature you can reset your server online.

A. We have a zero tolerance for SPAM on our network. SPAM activity results in an immediate termination of service.
